On-site audio technician: $40 – $80 / hour (setup + sound check + operation)
Larger concert/venue PA (line array, subs, monitors, full crew): $1,200 – $2,500+ / day

Basic lighting package (uplights + wash lights + simple controls): $250 – $800 / day
Stage or concert lighting package (intelligent lights, trussing, lighting operator): $1,000 – $2,000+ / day

Travel fee if venue is outside your normal service zone (e.g., >30 miles).

Standard Party Package (3 hrs): Digital Static booth + unlimited sessions + basic props/backdrop → ≈ $450
Wedding Reception Package (4-5 hrs): Digital + prints + custom overlay/template + premium backdrop → ≈ $600-$700
Corporate/Branding Package: Digital + branding (logo on photos) + social share + extended time → Might start ~$650-$800+ depending on scale.

A security deposit equal to 50% of the rental total is required on same day as pickup/delivery. The deposit will be refunded within [5–10] business days after return, less any charges for damage, loss, or missing components.
Mileage varies by distance: First 30 miles is free from our office in Panama City, Fl. Afterwards, Florida’s current mileage rate of 70 cents/mile will apply roundtrip
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A signed agreement and deposit of 20 % are required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
